Una scuola per Bevagna
una scuola a corte
Sant’Anna school complex is conceived as an urban centre that integrates educational activities with services open to the community, where students, parents and citizens can interact, feeling part of the same urban context.
The architectural project was born from the spontaneous need to play with the linear horizons of the countryside surrounding Bevagna, so to break the horizontality with a series of broken lines, while the colour project is the result of the study of colours and natural materials of the area.
Moreover, the internal courtyards protect and promote the relationship between children and landscape, as well as the variation of light during the day and the colours change season by season.
