Live, adapt, change

Residential construction occupies most of the urban fabric of our cities. The profound economic and social changes have characterized the last few years, with the related changes in lifestyles, needs and uses, leading to a mutability of architecture that often corresponds to the loss of architectural quality of the spaces we live in. As an experimental study, the elaborated project aims to respond to the growing mutability of the real estate market with an architecture predisposed to change and designed in such a way as to adapt to the future needs of the residents. The already planned volumetric variations allow to study the prospects and the building scenes of the city with a control of the architectural quality both in the initial configuration and in the changed one.
