a flexible octagon

1×16 is a community table, a modular set-up system. The octagonal shape made up from the single modular elements in the complete configuration is inspired by Castel del Monte, the historical icon of the Apulian territory. 1×16 was born as a set-up system for a corporate team-building event in a wonderful masseria farmhouse in Valle d’Itria. The 16 elements allow to define different settings including the configuration of community tables for banquets, community dinners and workshops: the market configuration with the use of individual elements or elements coupled as desks for sales and promotion activities. 1×16 adapts to several uses and different contexts as flexible arrangements for events in Puglia. Castles, squares, seafront, farms.
